Taking a cue from my sister in law – Katie (aka: http://dishinanddishes.wordpress.com/ ), me and some girlfriends did our own girls’ night out. Check out the menu:

Skewered tomatoes, olives and cheese.
Besides the appetizers and iced tea, we had a green salad with Italian dressing, French bread with herbed dipping oil & vinegar, green beans, spaghetti, and to top it all off….tiramisu and strawberries- Yum! Our Hostess, Connie, also had a sweet little potted pansy flower for each of us.

Oh, we had happy tummies as well as great fellowship…time to get to know each other better and share what God’s doing on in our lives.
